Creighton Counselling NI is a professional private practice offering sessions Online and in-person on Malone Road, Belfast Belfast, near Queens University (click here for map).

I have a strong belief that people should be able to define life on their own terms and find their own meaning and I am interested in helping clients examine what can get in the way, whether it is personal history, external pressures, or expectations of what is and isn’t normal.

I work with the person rather than with any diagnosis believing that we all are doing the best we can within the environment and resources available and I want to help you discover what is important to you.

Alongside my work as a counsellor, I am an allotment owner and an artist. I put as much value on gaining insight into human nature and what I can learn from artists, authors and songwriters as I do from learning counselling theory.

The first step in accessing help can often be the hardest, particularly if you have been used to dealing with things by yourself or have some uncertainty about how it all works.

I offer a free 30 minute Zoom call to talk about what brings you to counselling and what you would like to get out of it. If you are happy to continue, we can work out a regular timeslot that suits (weekly/fortnightly etc).

My fee is then £45 per 50 minute session.

You can get in touch by using the contact form below or phoning 07765495323.
